Alberta \Bert\"" Warner Obituary (1924 - 2014)

\ Alberta 'Bert' Warner, 89, of Madisonville, KY passed away, Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. \ She was born October 20, 1924 to the late Adelia Peyton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Warner; two sons, Michael and Bill Warner; and one brother. \ Mrs. Warner was a member of Grapevine Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grandkids. She also enjoyed sitting on her front porch and cooking for her family. \ She is survived by one daughter, Marna (Michael) Gamblin of Madisonville one daughter-in-law Wanda Warner ; seven grandchildren, Jonathan Lail, Temesia Perdue, Cassandra Seaburg, Jeremy Oglesby, Troy Warner, DeeDee Browning, and Nichole Warner; 14 great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild. \ Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Lail officiating. Burial will follow in Grapevine Cemetery. \ Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday and after 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home \ Memorials donations may be made to the Shop With a Cop Program. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
