Beulah Mae \Jacqueline\"" Clevenger Obituary (1929 - 2012)

\ Beulah Mae 'Jacqueline' Clevenger, 82, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville. \ \ She was born December, 19, 1929 in Garrett, KY (Floyd County) to the late Earl Bailey and May Belle Snyder Crick. She was also preceded in death by one son, David Earl 'Buddy' Clevenger; one granddaughter, Sherie Johnston; one brother, William Crick; and two sisters, Ruth Helen Faulk and Elizabeth Perkins. \ \ Ms. Beulah Mae attended Earlington Assembly of God and was retired from Enro Shirt Factory and Trover Clinic. \ \ She was survived by two daughters, Patricia Johnston Durall of Madisonville and Vickie (Doug) Oldham of Beulah, KY; one son, Jackie (Beverly) Clevenger of Mortons Gap, KY; three sisters, Margie Perkins of Barnsley, KY; Bennie Rena (Benny) Roberts of Mortons Gap, KY and Bonnie Drake of Madisonville; one brother, Ray (Gwen) Crick of Bremen, KY; a daughter-in-law, Shirley Clevenger of Barnsley, KY; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter and several beloved nieces and nephews. \ \ Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 1, 2012, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Bruce officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Earlington, KY. \ \ Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday and after 1:00 P.M. until the service time on Saturday at the funeral home. \ \ Pallbearers will be Jason Oldham, James Johnston, Jarred Oldham, Cody Oldham, Dennis Clevenger, and Chase Oldham. \ \ Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home. \ \
