Bruce Alan Payne Sr. Obituary (1961 - 2014)

\ Bruce Alan Payne, Sr., 52, of Madisonville, KY passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville. \ \ He was born August 1, 1961 in Princeton, WV to Mrs. Okey Spencer Payne and the late Charles Payne. \ \ Mr. Payne was a member of Christian Tabernacle Church where he was the soundman and drummer. He enjoyed fishing and CB radios, where his call name was 'Red Flash.' He also loved the Lord. \ \ He is survived by his wife, Cheri Tingle Payne; two daughters, Aleighsha (David) Penrod of Madisonville and Amber (Jacob) James of Madisonville; one son, Bruce (Janna) Payne, Jr. of Monticello, KY; two sisters, Pamela Payne of Asheville, NC and Kathy Beck of Thomasville, NC; seven grandchildren, Austin Penrod, Daylon Penrod, Paislee Payne, Khloe James, Paris Penrod, Alyssa James, and Brody Payne. \ \ Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 11, 2014 at Christian Tabernacle Church with Pastor Junior Tingle officiating. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. \ \ Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home and from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the church. \ \ Memorial donation may be made to the Bruce Payne Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \ \
