Cletis Earl Willis Obituary (1932 - 2006)

Mr. Cletis Earl Willis, 74, of Owensboro, KY, died Thursday, October 19, 2006, at 6:53 A.M., at Owensboro Medical Health System. \ Born October 11, 1932, in Ashbyburg, KY, he was the son of the late Elbert Lee Willis and Irene Wilkerson Willis. \ He was a member of the Yellow Bank Masonic Lodge #957; Laborers Union Local #1932 in Owensboro and in Evansville, IN. He was a Shriner and a member of the National Guard. \ Mr. Willis is survived by his wife, Carolyn Sue Willis of Owensboro; three daughters, Reana Elaine Zinck of Calhoun, KY, Rebecca Gayle Morris of Owensboro, and Angelia Marie Bunnell of Ft. Hood, TX; one son, Cletis Wayne Willis of Frankfort, KY; one brother, Robert Lee Willis Jr. of Buttonsbury, KY; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 22, 2006, at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Revs. Richard Sisk and Monroe Rambo officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery in Hanson, KY. \ Visitation will be Saturday, October 21, 2006, from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., with a Masonic service at 6:00 P.M. Visitation on Sunday will be from 12:30 P.M.until the service time at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Don Moore, John Grisby, Mike Todd, Kenneth Todd, Ellis Stogner and Leon Moore.
