Floretta Curneal Obituary (1936 - 2006)

Mrs. Floretta Curneal, 70, of Madisonville, KY, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at 5:35 P.M., at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. \ Born November 10, 1936, in Hopkins County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Liard and Birdie Lou Jackson Mitchell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Liston Mitchell and Charles Mitchell. \ She was a homemaker and a member of Star of Bethlehem Apostolic Church in Ilsley, KY. \ Mrs. Curneal is survived by her husband, Leonard Curneal of Madisonville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Daniel Jager of Cadiz, KY, Marketa and Ray Keown of Madisonville and Tammy and Christopher Vaughn of Princeton, KY; two sisters, Clarinda Morfoot of Ilsley and Angie Davis of Madisonville; two brothers, Virgil Mitchell of Dawson Springs, KY, and R. V. Mitchell of Earlington, KY; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. \ Funeral services will be Saturday, December 30, 2006, at 2:00 P.M., at Star of Bethlehem Apostolic Church in Ilsley with Bro. Monty Fuller officiating. Burial will follow in Ilsley Cemetery. \ Visitation will be Friday, December 29, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home, and from 1:00 P.M. until the service time at the church. \
