Georgia Ann Babb Obituary (1943 - 2006)

Mrs. Georgia Ann Babb, 63, of Madisonville, KY, died Tuesday, September 26, 2006, at 11:57 A.M., at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. \ Born February 7, 1943, in Madisonville, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Edwin Babb on September 28, 2003 and one brother, Ronnie Jones. \ She was a homemaker. \ She is survived by her parents; George Wilford Jones and Edna Grant Jones of Madisonville; one daughter, Lisa Dawn Stokes of Madisonville; two sons, Troy Crabtree of Columbus, GA and Brian Keith Crabtree of Madisonville; two sisters, Tonya Tilton of Madisonville and Mary Neal of Glasgow, KY and six grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 29, 2006 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow in the Grapevine Cemetery. \ Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday and on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the services. \ Memorial gifts may take the form of donations to the Meals on Wheels. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
