Gladys Wyatt Mangum Obituary (1911 - 2006)

Mrs. Gladys Wyatt Mangum, 95, of Evansville, IN and formerly of Madisonville, KY died at 12:15 P.M./ Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at the Angel River Nursing & Rehab in Newburgh, IN. \ She was born March 28, 1911 in Madisonville, KY to the late Frank Wyatt and Marcella Beshears Wyatt. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James R. Mangum on Oct. 28, 1991. \ She was a homemaker and a member of the Madisonville First United Methodist Church. \ She is survived by three daughters, Phyllis Phillips of Evansville, Mona Frederic of Louisville, KY and Sandra Wells of Newburgh, IN; one sister, Mildred Shelton of Michigan; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 13, 2006 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Marla Weller officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. \ Friends may call from 12 Noon Friday until the services at the funeral home. \
