Jacob Keith "Jake" Taylor Obituary (1983 - 2019)

Jacob Keith 'Jake' Taylor, 35, of Madisonville, KY passed away, February 11, 2019. Jake was born December 27, 1983 in Henderson, KY to Keith and Teresa Peyton Taylor. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Randel Eugene Taylor, and grandmother, Rose Marie Peyton. Jake is survived by his daughter, Kirah Wren Taylor of Madisonville, KY; three sisters, Whitney (Chris) Barber, MacKenzie Taylor and DeKoven Taylor, all of Madisonville; grandparents, Gay and Sonny Cumens of Slaughters and Gary E. and Nancy Peyton of Madisonville; nieces and nephews, Kailey Barber, Taylor Barber, Callen Barber, and Rylan DeMoss; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 15, 2019 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Kellan Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will Keith Taylor, Gary Wayne Peyton, David Peyton, Chris Barber, Kameron Peyton, and Noah DeMoss. Honorary pallbearer will be Sonny Cumens, Whitney Barber, MacKenzie Taylor, and DeKoven Taylor. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kirah Wren Taylor Trust at Hancock Bank. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.
