Mr. John Frederick Johnny Casner Jr., 67, of Madisonville, KY died at 4:22 P.M. Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at Versnick Health Care in Madisonville. \ Born April 10, 1937 in Madisonville he was the son of the late John Frederick Casner and Dixie Jackson Baker Casner. \ He is survived by one sister, Mrs. William F. (Macy) Courtney of Dallas, TX; one niece, Macy Katherine Wheelock of Charlotte, NC and one nephew, John Casner Wheelock of Louisville, KY. \ Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, June 25, 2004 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon, KY with The Reverend Tom Mills officiating. Burial will follow. \ Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
