Mrs. Judith Judy Ashby, 69, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2009 at Nortons Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. \ She was born June 15, 1940 in Madisonville, KY to the late Allen and Autha Belle Messamore Jones. \ Mrs. Ashby was a retired Lab Technician for Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, IN. \ She is survived by one son, Ricky (Paula) Cates of Lanesville, IN; one brother, William (Leeta) Jones of Tampa, FL; three grandsons, Nathan (Christy) Cates, Dustin Cates and Jonathan Cates \ Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Friday, September 18, 2009 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. Burial will be private. \ Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Friday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. \
