Leota F. Rice Obituary (1907 - 2005)

Mrs. Leota F. Rice, 98, of Madisonville, KY, died Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 11:00 P.M., at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville. \ Born May 5, 1907, in Webster County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Forsythe and Mary Katherine Wallace Forsythe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Than G. Rice in 1976; two children; one brother and one sister. \ Mrs. Rice was a homemaker and a member of St. Marys Episcopal Church. \ She is survived by her daughter, Myra Rice of Madisonville; a son, Robert Rice of Santa Rosa, FL; ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. \ Private family services will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. \ Barnett-Strother Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. \
