Martee Bailey Keown Obituary (1939 - 2004)

Mrs. Martee Bailey Keown, 64, of Madisonville, KY, died Sunday, March 14, 2004, at the Regional Medical Center. \ Born October 7, 1939, in White Plains, KY, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Harold Bailey and Lemiza Gertrude Smith Bailey. \ She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Madisonville, and was retired from the Regional Medical Center, where she worked in financial services. Mrs. Keown loved going to church and reading her Bible. \ She is survived by a daughter, Tamberly Sue Putman of Madisonville; two sisters, Linda Bailey of Madisonville and Rebecca Sue Huddleston of Galesburg, IL; a caregiver, Karen C. Dukes of Madisonville; one granddaughter, Misty Wedding of Owensboro, KY; and one grandson, Andrew Putman of White Plains, KY. \ A memorial service will be held at a later date. Barnett-Strother Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. \ \ \
