Melva Christine Welborn Obituary (1930 - 2005)

Mrs. Melva Christine Welborn, 75, of Guntersville, AL and formerly of Madisonville, KY, died December 28, 2005 in Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, AL. \ Born March 22, 1930 in Caldwell Co. KY, she was the daughter of the late Ollie and Nina Robertson Cummins. \ Surviving are her husband, James Welborn; two daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela and Michael Roach of Columbus, OH and Patricia and Michael Hill of Greenville, KY; one son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Misti Welborn of Arab, AL; five grandchildren, Joshua Roach, Jeremy Roach, Crystal Hill, Phillip Hill and D.J. Welborn and one great grandchild, Morgan Roach. \ Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 31, 2005, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home in Madisonville. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. \ Visitation will be from Noon Saturday until the service. \
