Mildred "Maxine" Rowe Obituary (1923 - 2016)

Mildred Rowe, 93, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville. Mrs. Rowe was born February 5, 1923 in Tulsa, OK to the late Herbert Lee Roy and Eva Roy Noffsinger. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Rowe, and one brother. She was a member of Victory Church. She enjoyed spoiling her kids and grandkids. Church was her life. She is survived by three daughters, Linda Fennoughty of Osawatomie, KS; Jamie (Jake) Davis of Knoxville, TN; and Marsha (Kenneth) Ivy of Memphis, TN; eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Memorial contributions can be made to Victory Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
