Neltcie Rean Sissom Obituary (1923 - 2013)

\ Neltcie Rean Sissom, 90, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Sunday May 26, 2013 at Hillside Villa in Madisonville. \ She was born March 21, 1923 in Cub Run, KY to the late William Sills and Evie Merideth Sills. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leonard 'LD' Sissom and three sisters. \ Mrs. Sissom was a home maker and of the Baptist faith. \ She is survived by two sons, James Leonard (Patti) Sissom of Manitou, KY and Larry Dee Sissom of Madisonville; one sister, Jean (Charles) Reynolds of Cave City, KY; two sister-in-laws; 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. \ Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Roy Conley officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. \ Visitation will be 12:00 PM until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Henry Pate, Bruce Knight, Strother Williams, B.J. Sissom, Heath Sissom and Michael Storms. Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Knight and Willis Mashburn. \
