Ona Mae Wiles Obituary (1930 - 2018)

Ona Mae Wiles, 87, of Sebastian, FL passed away Monday, January 8, 2018, at her residence in Sebastian. Mrs. Wiles was born June 10, 1930, Mclean Co., KY to the late Edmund Stroud and Helen Oakley Stroud. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willis Wiles, a son, Michael Wiles, granddaughter, Lea Ann Gosser and grandson-in-law, Mike Gosser. Mrs. Wiles was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by two daughters, Glenda Claborn of Franklin, KY and Dianna (Bobby) Stark of Orlinda, TN; a son, Gary (Kim) Wiles of Sebastian; grandchildren, Shelley (Eric) Spears, Miranda Wiles, Tamra (Chris) Vegas, Willie (Amanda) Wiles, Tiffany Wiles, Brooke (Danny) Boner, Brittany (Derek) Laymance, Kris (Jordan) Wiles, and Brian (Maggie) Timberlake. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 12, 2018 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Vaughn Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until service time Friday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Wiles, Luke Groves, Timmy Jernigan, Cody Dean, Kerry Michael Bush and Bill Swearingen. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung or American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
