Mr. Phillip Dwayne Duvall, 45, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 4:00 A.M., Sunday, July 31, 2011 at his residence. \ He was born July 9, 1966 in Christian Co., KY to Delma Duvall of Evansville, IN and Mary Lankford Wilson of Madisonville. \ He is survived by one son, Chris (Bobbie) Duvall of Madisonville; step-father, Mike Wilson; one sister, Melody Wilson (Robert) Abbott of Hanson; four brothers, Kevin (Tina) Duvall of Madisonville; Jeffrey (Angela) Duvall of Madisonville; Jonathan Duvall of Evansville, IN and Justin Duvall Evansville, IN and one grandchild, Madison Duvall. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Don Yates officiating. Burial will follow in Gibson Cemetery. \ Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. \
