Preston Reece Mills Obituary (1988 - 2017)

Preston Reece Mills, 29 of Madison, MS passed away Friday, October 20, 2017 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He was born April 27, 1988 to Kent Thomas Mills and the late Hannah Eileen Fouts Maddox. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Dover and Amparo Fouts. Preston loved spending time with his son. He worked as a truck driver and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling, along with his dog, Miner. He served four years in the Marines and was also a member of the Eagle Scout Troop 1 at First Christian Church. He was also an avid UK and Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his son, Kaleb Reece Mills; father, Kent Thomas (Christy) Mills of Madisonville, KY; one sister, Ashlie Maddox; grandparents, Tom and Bobbie Mills; step grandfather, Tom Nelson of Pickneyville, IL; aunts and uncles, Brett (Becky) Mills of Utica, KY, Karin Mills, Pattie (Joe) Omer, and Tracy Langdon all of Madisonville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kaleb Mills Scholarship and Trust Fund c/o Independence Bank 1776 N. Main St. Madisonville, KY 42431. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
