Shaylee Payge Townsell Obituary (2003 - 2003)

Miss Shaylee Payge Townsell, one and a half months, died Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at her home. \ Born November 8, 2003 in Madisonville, KY she is the daughter of Cody Townsell and Kami Rickard, both of Madisonville. \ She is also survived by her grandparents; Shannon and William Reed of Madisonville, Mike and Lori Rickard of Madisonville; great-grandparents, Betty and John Townsell of Madisonville, Garland and Janie Rickard of Madisonville and Gene and Shirley Roberts of Madisonville; step-great-grandparents, Nellie and the late David Reed of Owensboro, KY; great-great grandparents, Ellen Sharp of Linton, IN, Mary Davis of Madisonville and Marion Townsell of Nortonville, KY and several aunts and uncles. \ Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, with Pastor Michael Knight officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Madisonville, with Pastor Dennis Davis officiating. \ Friends may call from Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home in Madisonville. \ Memorial gifts may take the form of donations to the S.I.D.S. Organization. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
