Stuart Roland Baldwin Obituary (1952 - 2024)

Stuart Roland Baldwin, 72, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at The Heartford House in Owensboro. Born on April 16, 1952, in Louisville, KY, he was the son of the late Dr. Stanley Baldwin and former Mayor Charlotte Eads Baldwin. Stuart attended the University of Kentucky as an undergraduate and graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School in 1979. He dedicated over 40 years to practicing dentistry at Baldwin Dental Group. His professional achievements included serving as past President of the West Central Dental Society and being a former member of the Board of Governors at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Beyond his professional life, Stuart enjoyed playing golf, listening to music, and racing his Porsche 911. He was also an avid UK basketball fan and was known for his keen sense of humor. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Baldwin of Madisonville; daughter, Ansley (Nathaniel) Baldwin of White Plains; sons, Adrian Baldwin of Louisville, Alex Baldwin of Nashville, and Josh (Megan) Dugger of Idaho; his brother, Dr. Ben Baldwin of Madisonville; and two grandchildren, Oliver and Finn Dugger. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
