Thomas L. Garrity Obituary (1937 - 2007)

Mr. Thomas L. Garrity, 70, of Madisonville, KY, died Wednesday, December 19, 2007, at 6:47 P.M. at the Regional Medical Center Emergency Room in Madisonville. \ Born November 30, 1937 in Hanover, New Hampshire he was the son of the late Lawrence Hitchcock Garrity and Marjorie Pugh Garrity. He was also preceded in death by three sisters; Kay Long, Betty Gilford and Martha Garrity. \ He was a machinist and a member of the Pentecostals of Lone Star Church. \ He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Garrity of Madisonville; one son, Lawrence Thomas Garrity of Madisonville; one brother, Rodman Fox Garrity of West Covina, California and five grandchildren, Joshua Garrity, Adrianna Garrity, Caleb Garrity, DeAnna Garrity and Levi Garrity. \ Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday; December 21, 2007 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Duke officiating. Burial will follow in the Hanson Cemetery. \ Visitation will be private. \ Memorial gifts may take the form of donations to the Pentecostals of Lonestar Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
