Wandeta Faye Durall Obituary (1949 - 2018)

Wandeta Faye Durall, 69 of Madisonville, KY passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the Heartford House in Owensboro, KY. She was born February 8, 1949 in Muhlenberg Co., KY to the late James Richard Fleming and Lillian Reynolds Fleming. She was also preceded in death by her husband, JR Durall; one sister, Jean Smith; and two brothers, Jewel Fleming and Mitchell Fleming. Wandeta was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed being a homemaker, being everybody's Nana, and special Aunt Deta. She is survived by two daughters, Bridget (Jim) Sexton of Madisonville and Jill Durall of Madisonville; two grandsons, Jarrett Noffsinger and Carson Esquilin; three brothers, Bunky (Dovie) Fleming of Browder, KY, Bobby (Brenda) Fleming of Browder, KY and Joe (Sherri) Fleming of Greenville, KY; and several special nieces, nephews, and special great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, August 31, 2018 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Greene officiating. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jarrett Noffsinger, Cameron Bowles, Damon Fleming, Jamey Fleming, Jody Fleming, and Austin Scott. Honorary pallbearers will be Carson Esquilin, Nolan Fleming, and Sam Fleming. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Heartford House. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
