William \Bill\"" Harris Obituary (1920 - 2007)

Mr. William E.Bill Harris, 86, of Madisonville, KY died Tuesday morning, March 27, 2007 at his residence. \ Born April 22, 1920 in Switz City, IN, he was the son of the late Arthur Lee Harris and Opal Shepard Harris. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Joe Harris, Perry Harris and John Harris. \ He was a 28 year employee of Texas Gas and a WW II Army Veteran; serving in India and North Africa . He was a member and Elder Emeritus of the First Christian Church of Madisonville. He was a member and Past Master of the Carlisle, IN Masonic Lodge # 3 F&AM for over 60 years. \ He is survived by his wife, LaVaughn Latshaw Harris of Madisonville; one daughter, Kay Pasquale, of Knoxville, TN; one son, David Harris of North Bend, WA; one sister, Barbara Maple of Valparaiso, IN; three grandchildren, Cooper Harris, Hasalyn Harris and David Conor Harris and several nieces and nephews. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 30, 2007 at the First Christian Church with Rev. Don McLaughlin officiating. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M.
