William Cardwell \W.C.\"" Brown Obituary (1936 - 2009)

Mr. William Cardwell W.C. Brown, 73, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 2:45 A.M., Sunday, September 6, 2009 at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville, KY. \ He was born May 20, 1936 in Boston, MA to the late Harold William Brown and Nell Ross Cardwell Brown. \ Mr. Brown was Owner and Operator of W.C. Brown Construction for many years. \ He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Julia Brown of Madisonville; one son, Peter (Rashmi Adi-Brown) Brown of Lexington, KY; two daughters, Sarah (Martin) Van Pelt of Boulder, CO and Virginia (Mike) Martin of Atlanta, GA; one brother, David Brown of Wailuku, HI; three granddaughters, Julia and Lucy Martin and Sunni Brown. \ A time of gathering with the Brown Family will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. \ Burial will be at Bethlehem Christian Cemetery at a later date. \ Memorial Contributions may take the form of donation to the Bethlehem Cemetery Fund or Hopkins County/Madisonville Public Library.
