Alice Gayle Jones

Alice Gayle Jones, 75, of Cadiz, KY formerly of Madisonville, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. \ She was born April 9, 1936 in Nortonville, KY to the late Henry McCracken and Minnie Laura Brothers McCracken. \ Mrs. Jones was a member of the Ponderosa Baptist Church. She retired from J. Craig Riddle Insurance in 1998 after 44 years. She was also a member of Campers on Mission for the last twelve years. \ She is survived by her husband, Ronald Jones of Cadiz; four daughters, Connie (Allen) Wilkerson of Madisonville; Donna Faulk of Cadiz; Lynn (Daniel) Crews of Henderson and Ronda (Mark) Jones of Palatine, IL; three sons, Michael (Karen) Faulk of Anton, KY; Daryl (Pam) Jones of Sacramento, CA and Kevin (Karin) Jones of Virginia Beach, VA; one brother, Basil McCracken of Madisonville; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren. \ Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 4, 2012, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Norman Cotton and Bro. Franklin Skaggs officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery. \ Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday and after 9:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Dan Wilkerson, Nathan Crews, Matthew Crews, Chris Faulk, Allen Wilkerson, and Daniel Crews. \ Memorial contributions may be made to the Ponderosa Baptist Church for Missions; envelopes will be made available at the funeral home. \
