Alyn Clayton

Alyn Lynn Clayton, 63 of Madisonville, KY passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.
He was born November 21, 1954 in Madisonville to the late Elmo Clayton and Mae Clayton.
Alyn worked as a maintenance planner at Alcoa in Newburgh, IN. He enjoyed camping, gardening, and cooking. He enjoyed tinkering with things and loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Jeanne Ann Bryant Clayton of Madisonville; one daughter, Hannah Kington (Jason) Jarvis of Madisonville; two sons, Craig Clayton of St. Louis, Mo and Kiah (Sarah) Clayton of Tarpon Springs, FL; one brother, Don (Carolyn) Clayton of Madisonville; seven grandchildren, Aaron Clayton, Camden Clayton, Cullen Clayton, Stella Robinson, Clayton Jarvis, Bryant Jarvis, and William Jarvis; one niece, Tami (Randy) Brewer; two great nephews, Brandon (Ashley) Brewer and Drew Brewer; two great great nephews, Lukas Brewer and Asher Brewer; and one great great niece, Kate Brewer.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 8, 2018 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Walter Queen officiating. Burial will follow at Grapevine Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday and after 9:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Brewer, Drew Brewer, Randy Brewer, Jason Jarvis, Scott Deahl, Mike Jacobs, Rick Conyers, and Bill Keiser.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
