Ann Eastridge

Mrs. Ann Eastridge, 66, of Madisonville, KY died at 12:30 P.M. Friday, June 11, 2004 at the Regional Medical Center Emergency Room. \ Born September 18, 1937 in Berne, IN she was the daughter of the late Dewy Kuhn and Opal Baker Kuhn. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Darrel Kuhn. \ She was a member of the Grapevine Christian Church where she was president of the Womens Circle and a Sunday School Teacher. She was a Registered Nurse having retired from the Regional Medical Center. She was a graduate of the Parkview Methodist School of Nursing in Ft. Wayne, IN. \ She is survived by her husband, Wayne Eastridge of Madisonville; two daughters, Denise Clark of Franklin, TN and Penny Meyers of Murfreesboro, TN; two sons, Kerry Eastridge of Ft. Myers, FL and Kevin Eastridge of Nashville, TN; one brother, Rex Kuhn of Berne, IN and eleven grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor Kirk Dice officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. \ Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday and on Tuesday after 8:00 A.M. until the service at the funeral home. \ Memorials may take the form of donations to the San Carlos Christian Church for the Bus Fund, P.O. Box 767, Estero, FL 33928. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \ \
