Mrs. Bonnie Louise Metcalfe, 75, of Madisonville, KY passed away Monday, December 03, 2012 at her residence. \ \ She was born December 25, 1936 in Lamasco, KY to the late D.B. Gray and Hattie Hall Gray. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Preston Gray and sister, Jessie Keith. \ \ Bonnie was a member of the First Christian Church in Madisonville. She was president of Grapevine Cemetery Board from 1982-2011. She was also an avid bridge player and loved to needle point. \ \ She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bill Metcalfe; two daughters, Judy (Randy) Arnold of Hopkinsville, KY and Jane (Richard) Farmer of Jasper, IN; one son, Mark Metcalfe of Madisonville; three sisters, Laverne Sauteben of Hopkinsville; Minnie Brown of Bowling Green, KY and Mamie Burkhart of Chattanooga, TN and five grandchildren, Will Metcalfe, Caitlin Metcalfe, Brooke Farmer, Evan Farmer and Noah Farmer. \ \ Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Don McLaughlin and Dr. Don Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Grapevine Cemetery. \ \ Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 9:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home. \ \ Pallbearers will be Will Metcalfe, Evan Farmer, Noah Farmer, Richard Farmer, Randy Arnold and Mark Metcalfe. \ \
