Brenda Gail Francis Taylor

Brenda Gail Francis Taylor, 64, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at her residence in Madisonville.
Mrs. Taylor was born January 9, 1952 in Madisonville to the late Freeman Franklin Francis and Alma Marie Gossett Francis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Wayne Taylor, Sr., and sister, Cookie Francis Fisher.
She worked as a nurse and was a member of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. She loved watching her TV shows, gardening, and holidays. She was an avid U.K. fan.
She is survived by one daughter, Crystal Marie (Martin) Grenier of Madisonville; one son, Franklin Dewayne (Stacey) Bean of Henderson, KY; three sisters, Wanda Francis Bone, Betty Francis Bailey, and Kathy Francis Young; one brother, Gary Wayne Francis; her grandchildren, Nicholas Jordan Bean, and his fianc, Kaitlyn Davis, Austin Dakota Bean, Gage Dallas Meade Locke, Keidis Aaron Jarvis, Ian Hunter Jarvis, Andrea Vickery, Marissa Davis, and Jayci Davis, and her grand-dogs, Brandy, Molly, and Laci.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jarrod Cavanaugh, Scottie Bone, Jamie Messamore, Jeremy Messamore, Tyler Messamore, and Cameron Cavanaugh.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.
