Brian Keith Curneal

Brian Keith Curneal, 42, of Lexington, KY formerly of Madisonville, KY passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2011, at UK Chandler Medical Center in Lexington. \ He was born July 30, 1968, in Madisonville to Randy and Pat Tidwell Curneal of Madisonville. \ Mr. Curneal was a business owner in Lexington. He was a member of Lamda-Chi-Alpha Fraternity while attending college at UK. \ In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Kristy Curneal of Lexington; son, Hayden Cole Curneal of Sadieville, KY and friend and companion, Annalisa Lamb. \ Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 13, 2011, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Lutz officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. \ Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until the service time on Sunday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Eric Evan, Mark Messamore, Hayden Noffsinger, Martin Norvel, Tripp Hill and Kevin Chabot. \ Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Wells, Shane OBryan, Jason Kincher, Eric Polley, Andy Piper and Tom Chatel. \
