Charles Jewell

Charles Jewell, 25, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at his home in Bowling Green, KY. \ \ He was born April 8, 1989 in Madisonville to Greg Jewell and Melissa Isringhausen Jewell. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. \ \ Mr. Jewell was a student at Eastern Kentucky University. He was passionate about reading, philosophy and psychology. He also enjoyed music, exercise, and Buddhism. \ \ In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Colin Theodore Jewell of Madisonville; his girlfriend, Kayleigh Brasher of Madisonville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. \ \ A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. \ \ Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. until service time on Sunday at the funeral home. \ \ Memorial contributions may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home. \ \
