Clara Nell Stearman

Clara Nell Stearman, 85 of Providence, KY passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.
Mrs. Stearman was born September 8, 1930 in Drakesboro, KY, to the late Estell Bivins and Sara Bivins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Eugene Stearman, a son, Edward Rickard, two sisters, Lorene Blackwell and Margaret Sumner; three brothers, James Bivins, Herman Bivins and Lilbern Bivins; and one grand son, Freddy Rickard.
She is survived by three daughters, Tammy Holmes of Madisonville and Linda Ours of Elberfeld, IN, Dana Stearman of Evansville, IN; two sons, Fred Rickard and James "Mike" Rickard both of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Joey Griest, Brandi Holmes Darnell, Sara Holmes, Chris Rickard, Paula Ours, Keith Ours, Jeremy Lile, Ryan Rickard, Eric Rickard, Melissa Howell, and Lisa Spindler, and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 16, 2016 at Silent Run Cemetery with Mike Rickard officiating and burial to follow.
Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 1:30 P.M. Monday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home.
