Connie Francis Markwell Omer

Connie Francis Markwell Omer, 69, of Nebo, Kentucky passed away peacefully on September 30, 2023 surrounding by her family.
She was born on November 27, 1953, in Greenville, Kentucky to the late Edward Markwell and Reba Thompson Markwell. She was also preceded in death by her brother Bruce Markwell.
Connie graduated from Livermore High School in 1971 and was a member of Island United Methodist Church.
She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, "Nonnie", aunt, and a friend to many.
She was the most kind hearted, loving soul and loved by all. She lit up every room she was in with always another story to tell. She loved animals, working in her garden and going to yard sales.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Omer, one brother, Ricky Markwell, one daughter Megan Majors Price, two step-daughters Tara Omer Dant and Tamara Omer, three grandchildren, Kobe Dant, Katie Dant and Keaton Stapleton and her two nephews Steven Markwell and Denzil Markwell.
A celebration of her life will held at a later date.
