Darroll David Wiles

Darroll David Wiles, 66, of Madisonville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017, in Van Horn, Texas. He was born Aug. 3, 1950, in Madisonville to the late Roy Lee Wiles and Mary Frances Bourland Wiles. He was also preceded in death my his granddaughter, Alexi Wiles.
David was a retired coal miner and an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. One of his greatest joys was to be surrounded by family. David was a man of many talents and skills, which he shared freely with others.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Colleen Hancock Wiles; and four children, Stephanie (Brian) Coy of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Shane David (Kate) Wiles of Crestwood, Kentucky, Jason Roy (Brandy) Wiles of Newburgh, Indiana, and Marianne Wiles of Madisonville. He was also the proud grandfather of eight grandchildren. He also leaves behind one brother, Carroll Lee (Sheila) Wiles of Columbia, Missouri; one sister, Brenda Wiles Martin of Madisonville; as well as several nieces, nephews and their children.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM. Wednesday May 31, 2017 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will held Wednesday May 31, 2017 from 11:00 A.M until the service time.
