Dixie Jean Wedding Sisk

Mrs. Dixie Jean Wedding Sisk, 72, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 12:05 A.M., Monday, February 22, 2010 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. \ She was born December 23, 1937 in Evansville, IN to the late Paul Delbert Wedding and Lula Marguerite Wedding. \ She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a Kentucky Colonel and she also supported the Colonial Williamsburg society as well as the humane society. \ Mrs. Sisk worked as an infant stimulation specialist at the Pennyroyal Center. \ She is survived by her husband of 52 years Morgan F. Sisk of Madisonville; one daughter, Karen (Bill) Sisk Veith of Louisville, KY; one son, David M. Sisk of Louisville and one grandson, William Andrew Veith of Louisville. \ Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Jim B. Burton officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. \ Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday and after 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Mark Russell, Jeff Lamb, Paul Summers, Bill Veith, Andrew Veith and Tom Turner. Honorary pallbearers will be James Judson Walker and Harry Lance Ruth. \
