Elizabeth Ann McColl

\ Elizabeth Ann McColl, 52, of Nebo, KY, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014, at her residence. \ \ She was born April 3, 1961 in Kalamazoo, MI to the John Alexander McColl III, MD and the late Patricia Ann Grove McColl, who passed away in October of 2012. \ \ Beth moved to Nebo in April 2013 to be close to her nephews. She spoiled her nephews and nieces rotten, even if it was against their parents' will. She was a very kind and generous soul and a great friend to all that knew her. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Baptist Health in the acute rehab unit. She attended Abundant Grace church in Madisonville, was an active member of the Kalamazoo Michigan Kennel Club, enjoyed driving standard-bred horses too fast, and was a hobby farmer where she raised chickens and goats. She lived everyday as if it was her last day. \ \ She is survived by her father, John; one sister, Cathy (Dale) Sunlin of Lawton, MI; two brothers, John Kevin McColl of Portage, MI, and William Bruce McColl of Nebo, KY; and nieces and nephews, Aimee Benedict, Erin Sunlin, Alexis Sunlin, Marisa Sunlin, Deaglan McColl and Ronin McColl; and great nephew; Cameron Benedict. \ \ In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA.org), scholarship fund, attention Shirley McKenzie, the ASPCA, or the Humane Society. \ \ Memorial service will be 7:00 P.M. Friday, February 7, 2014 at Abundant Grace Fellowship. \ \ Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Abundant Grace Fellowship.
