Floyd Houston Hancock

Floyd Hancock, 57, of Madisonville passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, IN.
Mr. Hancock was born May 21, 1959 in Hopkins Co., KY to the late Nannie Belle Hancock and Fletcher Leroy Hancock. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Eugene Hancock and sisters, Mary Lou Hawkins and Ruthie Poe.
He retired from Madisonville Water Dept. in 2008. He was a member of the Lone Star Pentecostal Church in Madisonville. He was a UK fan and loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spoiling his grandkids.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years Judy Hancock of Madisonville; two sons, Heath Allen (Faith) Hancock of Madisonville and Dustin Eugene (Amanda) Hancock of Madisonville; brothers, Robert 'Bobby' (Joyce) Hancock of Kuttawa, KY; John (Anna) Hancock and David (Norma) Hancock both of Madisonville; sisters, Ruby Horton of Arkansas, Shirley Richardson, Gail Farris , and Karen Caraway all of Madisonville; three grandchildren; Lyla Faith Hancock, Liv Evangeline Hancock, and Brinley Rose Hancock.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the Lone Star Pentecostal Church with Bro. Shelly Hendricks officiating
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 10:00 A.M. until service time Wednesday all at the church.
Pallbearers will be David Hancock, John Hancock, Doug Caskey, Bill DePreist, Walter Ramsey, and Cary Baldwin.
