Forrest Ray Foe Obituary (1935 - 2016)

Forrest Ray Foe, 81, of Nortonville, KY passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Foe was born May 11, 1935, in Webster County, KY to the late Harry Edward Foe and Mary Magdalene Howell Foe. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Martha Helen Choate Foe, a daughter, Karen Ray Foe, three sisters and five brothers. Forrest worked as a Coal Miner, was a Police Judge & Mayor in St. Charles many years ago. He loved to fish and bird hunt. He is survived by one daughter, Carol Drennan of Nortonville; one son, Neil Forrest (Sherry) Foe of Hopkinsville, KY; two sisters, Helen Roberts of MI and Patsy (Davis) Shoulders of Henderson, KY; two brothers, Sammy (Peggy) Foe of Henderson and Jamie (Dorothy) Foe of MI; two step daughters, Vicky (Dr. Bill) Buchanan of Owensboro, KY and Ann (Tommy) Woodruff of Madisonville; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor George Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in Ilsley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 12:00 P.M. Wednesday until the service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Aaron Huddleston, Neil Foe, Jr., Daniel Foe, Nathan Woodruff, James Buchanan and Brad Brewer. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Pollard and Brandon Brewer.
