Gary Walton Hancock

Gary Walton Hancock, 69, of Mineral Point, MO, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, in Fenton, MO. \ He was born January 11, 1942, in Manitou, KY to the late Herman Ray Hancock and Cornelia Clay Pressley Hancock of Madisonville. \ Mr. Hancock was a member of the UAW Local #110, as well as the VFW, Eagles and Masonic Lodge. He loved bluegrass music, farming, antiquing and was an avid hunter. \ In addition to his mother, he is survived by three daughters, Donna Hancock and Pam (Paul) Seemayer, all of Fenton, MO, Ginger (John) Walden of Arnold, MO; one son, Gary (Jackie) Hancock of Eureka, MO; two brothers, Dale Hancock of Madisonville and Ernie (Penny) Hancock of Carbondale, KY; granddaughters, Laura, Natasha and Heather; grandsons, Dylan and Jacob; great granddaughter, Lexis and numerous nieces and nephews. \ Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Sunday, March 6, 2011, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Gunn officiating. Burial will follow in Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville. \ Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Saturday and 9:00 A.M. until service time on Sunday at the funeral home. \
