Geraldine Blankenship Mitchell

Mrs. Geraldine Blankenship Mitchell, 85, of Madisonville, KY died at 2:25 A.M. Friday, March 12, 2004 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. \ Born May 2, 1918 in Manitou, KY she was the daughter of the late John Pritchett and Myrtle Mae Mangum Pritchett. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, James Edward Blankenship in February 1965 and Aubin Mitchell in November 2002. \ Mrs. Mitchell was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Madisonville and was a homemaker. \ Surviving are two sons, Mike Blankenship of Madisonville and Dennis Blankenship of Indianapolis, IN and one sister Keitha Vincent of Madisonville. \ Funeral services will 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 14, 2004 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Chester Cannon officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. \ Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Saturday and after 1:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. \ \ \ \
