Henrietta \Hennie\" " \Momzie\" \"Mom-Mom\"" Mitchell

Mrs. Henrietta Hennie Momzie Mom-Mom Mitchell, 82, of Madisonville, KY, passed away at 7:35 P.M. Monday, December 13, 2010 at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville. \ She was born October 28, 1928 in Onton, KY to the late Henry Howard Preston and Lillie Mae Brown Preston. \ Mrs. Mitchell was the 53rd member of the Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church. \ She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Wm. L. (Bill) Mitchell of Madisonville; two daughters, Sharilyn Gale Lutz of Hanson, KY and Tandi (Terry) Sager of Madisonville; a granddaughter, Whitney Harris (Matt) Strader of Hanson, KY; two great granddaughters, Lexie Leigh Duncan of Nebo, KY and Hailey Anna Strader of Hanson; one great grandson, William Mitchell Strader of Hanson; Her precious baby poodle, GiGi; two sister-in-laws, Lillie Branam and Betty Jane (Earl) Ashby all of Hanson; a cousin, Freddie Lee (Mildred) Preston of Onton and several nieces and nephews. \ Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 17, 2010 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Taylor, Rev. Eddie Fleming, Rev. Bobby Sellers and Rev. Roy Conley officiating. Burial will follow in Hanson Cemetery. \ Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and after 12:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Matt Strader, Terry Sager, Barry McCalister, Marlin Duncan, Ralph Mitchell and Kent Preston,. \ Honorary Pallbearers will be Joe Mabrey, Freddie Preston, Charlie Stewart, Earl Ashby, Rodney Ashby, Charles Graham and Russell Duncan. \ She expressed her deep appreciation and care for Dr. Tawwab and Dr. Devineni for their love and devotion to her. The family would also like to thank Dr. Cloonan and the staff at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home. God, family, neighbors and many friends were her enjoyment and desire to have in her life. \ Memorial contributions may take the form of donation to the Olive Branch Building Fund.
