Paulette Hilda Defatte Obituary (1947 - 2009)

\ Mrs. Paulette Hilda Defatte, 62 of Madisonville, KY passed away at 5:00 P.M., Friday, November 6, 2009 at Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home in Madisonville. \ She was born January 21, 1947 in Hopkins County, KY to the late Wilbur Cony Hayes and Hilda Corrine Henderson Hayes. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Harvey Defatte in 1990 and her sister, Renee Spriggs. \ Mrs. Defatte was a bookkeeper for Pennyrile Coal. \ She is survived by three sons, Brad (Tori) Defatte of Madisonville, Lee (Anna) Galvan of Miami, FL and Rod Galvan of Orlando, FL; two sisters, Janie (Erbie) Ashby of Madisonville and Connie (Steve) Everly of Earlington; three brothers, Paul (Delores) Hayes of Mortons Gap, J.W. Hayes of Wisconsin and Wilbur Hayes of Denver, CO; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. \ Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Martinez officiating with burial to follow in Old Salem Cemetery in Mortons Gap. \ Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday and noon until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. \ Memorial contributions may take the form of donation to the Paulette Defatte funeral fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
