James William \Blake\"" Brinkley Obituary (1982 - 2009)

James William Blake Brinkley, 26 of Hanson, Kentucky passed away at 11:50 P.M., Friday, May 2, 2009 in Hanson, KY. \ He was born August 16, 1982 in Hopkins County, KY to Jeff and Sandra Blue Brinkley of Madisonville, KY. \ He was preceded in death by his grandfather James Blue; grandparents, Senator William T. Bill and Betty Brinkley; and great grand parents, Tom and Elizabeth Brinkley. \ He was maintenance supervisor for Alpine Meadows Ski Resort in California. \ He was a member of Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church. \ He is survived by his parents, two sisters, Ashley Elizabeth Brinkley of Madisonville and Brittney Watkins of White Plains; grandmother, Violet Blue Sellers of Hanson; several aunts and uncles, and his companion, his dog Knuckles. \ Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Casbier officiating. Burial will follow at East Lawn Cemetery in Hanson. \ Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday and after 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday at the funeral Home. \ Pallbearers will be Dustin Carter, Travis Williams, Travis Offutt, Thomas Eisenhour, Jason Oakley, and Seth Lamarr. Honorary pallbearers will be Wes Ramey, Nathan Attebury, and Brian Forendor. \
