Jason Richard "Jaybird" Moore

Jason Richard 'Jaybird' Moore, 45, of White Plains, KY passed away Monday, December 26th, 2016 at his mother's house in Earlington.
He was born January 9, 1971 in Madisonville, KY to William Richard Moore and Brenda Tyson. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and uncle, Steve Tyson.
Jason worked for the transportation department. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was a U.K. basketball fan.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Crick Moore; one daughter, Andrea Moore of Central City, KY; one step-son, Dustin Fields of White Plains, KY; three sisters, Jennifer Zachary Watts of Slaughters, KY, Brandy Ray of Indiana, and Michelle Townsend of Illinois; one brother, William Richard 'Little Ricky' Moore of White Plains; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 30, 2016 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Matt Conrad officiating. Burial will take place at Bethlehem Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the service time Friday at the funeral home.
