Kristen Thomas Martin

Kristen Thomas Martin, 43 of Madisonville, KY passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019, at Baptist Health in Madisonville.
He was born December 15, 1975, in Madisonville to Thomas Edward Martin and Roseanne Anderson Martin. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Flora Martin, and Rebecca Jones.
Kris worked as a factory worker. He enjoyed going to Disney World and loved spending time with his girls.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Penrod Martin of Madisonville; two daughters, Kirsten and Kadence Martin; parents, Thomas and Roseanne Martin of Madisonville; and sister, Brooke (Thomas) Swankosky of Henderson, NV.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 8, 2019, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor David Eddmenson officiating. Burial will follow at Grapevine Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday and from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hopkins County Humane Society or Habitat for Humanity. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.
