LaJean Mills Obituary (1936 - 2018)

Mrs. LaJean Mills, 81 of Madisonville, KY passed away, Thursday, May 17, 2018 at her daughter's residence in Louisville, KY. She was born August 24, 1936 in Paducah, KY to the late Victor Robinson and Mildred Ann Sidenstricker Robinson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Earl Mills. She was a member of Lonestar United Pentecostal Church in Madisonville and active in the VFW. She is survived by one daughter, Ann Adell (Scott) Ford of Louisville; one son, Brian Thomas (Stacey Paschall) Mills of Almo, KY; two sisters, Melvina Suggs of Huntsville, AL and Linda Stroder of Calvert City, KY; two brothers, Thomas E. Robinson of Paducah, KY and Kelly C. Robinson of Paducah, KY; and three grandchildren, Whitney (Chase Arnett) Ford, Zachary (Andrew Giambrone) Ford and Bryce Mills. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, May 21, 2018 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Hawkins. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Zachary Ford, Whitney Ford, Bryce Mills, Andrew Giambrone, Dennis Suggs, and Roger Larkins. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors or Kosairs Children's Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
