Leman Otis Braden

Mr. Leman Otis Braden 66, of Madisonville, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2011, in Muhlenberg, CO., KY. \ He was born May 13, 1945 in Madisonville, KY to Leman R. Braden of Mortons Gap and Anna Larue Woodward Braden of Earlington. He was preceded in death by his sister Margaret Payton. \ Mr. Braden was employed as a coal miner at Armstrong and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. \ He is survived by his wife Linda Braden of Madisonville; one daughter, Amanda Gail Braden of Hanson; one son, Kenneth Wayne Braden of Nortonville, KY; five sisters Brenda Payton of Graham, KY, Debbie Guy of Madisonville, Anna Hancock of Mortons Gap, Vickie Cranor of Nortonville, KY, and Janice Hancock of Rockport, IN; three brothers, Leroy Braden of Greenville, KY, Timmy Braden of Earlington, KY, and James Boo Braden of Nortonville; and one grandchild, Megan Braden of Nortonville. \ Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. on Saturday June 18, 2011, with Bro. Chuck Evans officiating. Burial will follow after the services at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville. \ Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Friday June 17, 2011 and from 9:00 A.M. until the funeral hour on Saturday. \ Pallbearers will be Keith Braden, Wayne Payton, Jackie Payton, Michael Guy, Travis Braden, Andrew Cranor, Jonathon Fugate, and Jason Hancock. \
