Margaret H. Jones

\ Margaret H. Jones, 93, of Manitou, KY, passed away November 26, 2012 at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville. \ \ She was born November 13, 1919 in Evansville, IN to Alma Harris. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ervin T. Jones. \ \ Mrs. Jones was a member of the Manitou Baptist Church and made her living as a homemaker. \ \ She is survived by her son, Tom (Shelly) Jones of Manitou; one sister, Lucille Boyd of Florida; and two grandchildren, Kevin (Julia Hall) Jones of Lexington and Ryan Jones of Manitou. \ \ Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 1st, 2012, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Chaplain Sam Beeny and Bro. Jeff French officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. \ \ Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday and after 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home. \ \ Pallbearers will be Kevin Jones, Ryan Jones, Dwain Brooks, Jonathan Martin, Mike Smith, and Brian Martin. \ \ Memorial contributions may be made to the Manitou Baptist Church or First Cumberland Presbyterian Church Backpack Program; envelopes will be made available at the funeral home. \ \
