Maizie Elliott Hill

Mrs. Maizie Elliott Hill, 87, of Madisonville, KY died at 4:15 A.M. Saturday, July 9, 2005 at the Senior Citizens Nursing Home. \ Born June 29, 1918 in Franklin County, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late John William Elliott and Lilith Anastasia Morton Elliott. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Hill.; two sisters and three brothers. \ She was a ward clerk for the Hopkins County Hospital and the Regional Medical Center . She was a member of the Protestant faith. \ She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Johnnye Gill of Greenville, KY and several nieces and nephews. \ Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, July 11, 2005 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bishop Richard Miller and Bishop Mike Strader officiating. Entombment will follow in the Forest Lawn Mausoleum. \ Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. Monday until the services at the funeral home. \
