Mildred Rose "Rosie" Guynn

Mildred Rose 'Rosie' Guynn, 79 of Madisonville, KY passed away, Friday, June 2, 2017 at Deaconess Gateway in Evansville, IN.
Mrs. Guynn was born March 26, 1938 in Webster Co., KY to the late Herman Townsend and Daisy Annis Hunter.
She was a homemaker and a member of Grapevine Baptist Church in Madisonville.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Bill Guynn, Jr. of Madisonville; sons, Bill Guynn, III., Donnie (Tijuana) Guynn, Jeff (Robin) Guynn all of Madisonville; daughter, Pam (John) Stewart of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Ashleigh Guynn, Morgan Guynn, April Brown, Shayna Renfro, Chris Guynn, Channing Slate, Jeni Laffoon, Josh Stewart, Jared Stewart, and Jenna Stewart; brother, Robert Townsend of Madisonville; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Grapevine Baptist Church with Dr. Bob Morrison officiating. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home and 9:00 A.M. until service time on Wednesday at the Church.
Pallbearers will be Josh Stewart, Jared Stewart, Dale Hawkins, Ronnie Hollis, Tom Lutz, and Tom Majors. Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Boone and Dickie Cates.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grapevine Baptist Church Building Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
